Terms & Conditions

  1. Spaces are limited to a maximum of 16 people.
  2. The price of the event is fixed.  No discounts can be made for anyone attending for a shorter period of time, or for choosing not to participate in some, or all, of the classes and excursions.
  3. A £150 non-refundable deposit is required by the 31st of December 2023.
  4. Your booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been received.
  5. Full payment is required by 30 JUNE 2024.
  6. Receipt and confirmation of payments will be emailed to you within 48 hours.
  7. Individual attendees must complete the following forms before participating in any organised activity. The required forms will be sent to you prior to the event.
    1. Contact Details Form.
    2. Emergency Contact Form.
    3. Naxos Flight Arrival & Departure Times.
    4. Exercise Readiness Questionnaire.
    5. Accident & Injury Waiver.
  8. Non-Transferable:
    1. Spaces are non-transferable from person to person.
    2. Dates are non-transferable.
  9. The activities on our itinerary are for the sole use of those that have booked and paid for our complete package.
  10. If you are travelling with a companion and they wish to participate in any of our planned activities, they must also purchase our complete package.
  11. We strongly recommend that all participants have both valid travel insurance and a GHIC/EHIC card for activities and pursuits planned in our itinerary. This is the responsibility of each individual.
  12. Our planned itinerary is subject to change in the event of unforeseen circumstances:
    1. A minor change such as location, times, activity, or cancellation may occur.
    2. Force Majeure - the occurrence of an event beyond our control and could not be avoided even if all due care had been exercised.
  13. Accommodation:
    1. Whilst we will provide recommendations for accommodation, we accept no responsibility for Bookings, Cancellations, Complaints, Payments, or Refunds. This is between you (the customer) and the accommodation provider.
  14. Flights:
    1. Whilst we will provide recommendations for flights, we accept no responsibility for Bookings, Cancellations, Complaints, Payments, or Refunds. This is between you (the customer) and the airline/travel agent.
  15. Cancellation Policy. We strongly recommend that you have a valid travel insurance policy that will cover cancellation.
    1. The deposit of £150 is non-refundable.
    2. Once the remaining balance of £645 has been paid in full by the 30/06/2024, any subsequent cancellation will be subject to the following refund policy:
      1. 50% refund of the balance paid if cancelled before 31/07/2024.
      2. 0% refund if cancelled after 01/08/2024.
